Nottingham Forest’s head coach, Nuno Espirito Santo, along with midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White, has faced disciplinary action from an independent Regulatory Commission, while Brighton & Hove Albion manager Fabian Hurzeler has been fined as well.
The charges stem from incidents that occurred during the 83rd minute of the Premier League match between Nottingham Forest and Brighton & Hove Albion on September 22. It was alleged that Nuno Espirito Santo acted improperly and/or used abusive or insulting language toward a match official. Similarly, Gibbs-White was charged with acting improperly and/or using abusive or insulting words toward the fourth official after being sent off. Hurzeler was also charged with acting improperly during the match.
